Mike is Paul's best friend and right hand man. He loves adventuring, although he doesn't thrive on it as much as Paul does. He's a little more cautious when it comes to jumping into things, which makes him the voice of reason in the group. Usually quiet in school, and frankly a little nervous around the girls, Mike would rather just read a good book at home. However, being concerned for his friend Paul's safety, he sometimes finds himself going on rather unsafe adventures to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Now, ever since Adam disappeared, Mike has been trying to hold everything together, and finds himself stuck in the middle of Paul and Tamara's feud. He decides to befriend Justin, in hopes of starting a new and better group of adventurers, only to find both Paul and Justin are less than willing to participate. Over the past year, Mike has grown accustomed to going on dangerous adventures and isn't as cautious heading off head first into unknown situations. He still carries a torch for his crush Crystal, and hopes that one day she will finally agree to go out with him on a date.
